Troubleshooting
The site or app won’t load
Corporate web filters often block newly registered domains. Ask IT to allow m365assessments.com and app.m365assessments.com.

Typical symptoms
- A block page from your company’s web filter, firewall or secure web gateway.
- The page never loads, the connection is reset, or you see a certificate warning.
- The site works at home or on your phone, but not on the office network or VPN.
- Your customer’s administrator can’t open the onboarding link from their network.
Ask IT to allow these addresses
Send your IT or network team the domains to allow:
m365assessments.com,www.m365assessments.comandapp.m365assessments.com.Mention that many filters block “newly registered” or “uncategorized” domains by default, and ask them to recategorize or allowlist ours.
The onboarding wizard also talks to Microsoft from the administrator's browser:
login.microsoftonline.com,graph.microsoft.comand, for Power Platform,api.bap.microsoft.com. These are usually allowed already.
Good to know
During early access, access to the app can be limited. If you see an access-denied page from our firewall rather than your own, contact us.
Other things to try
- Try a private browser window or another browser (a browser extension may be blocking sign-in).
- Make sure the date and time on your computer are correct; sign-in fails if the clock is far off.
- If Microsoft sign-in loops, clear site data for app.m365assessments.com and sign in again.
