Adding or disabling a module later
Add a module to a connected customer with a link for just that module, or disable one so assessments stop using it right away.

Add a module
Open the customer. On the Modules card, select Add module (shown when there's a module you haven't enabled yet).
Select only the new module(s). Modules that are already enabled are marked Already enabled. Opt-in modules need the acknowledgement.
Select Generate onboarding link and send it to the customer's Global Administrator. They approve just the new module (and assign Global Reader if it needs it).
Disable a module
On the Modules card, select Disable on the module's row. (Core can't be disabled.)
Confirm with Disable module. Future assessments stop collecting that module's data immediately. Disabling SharePoint & OneDrive also disables SharePoint Advanced.
The portal shows Remove app name from the customer tenant with instructions and the app ID. Select Copy instructions and send them to the customer's administrator.
Important
Disabling stops M365Assessments from using the module, but the customer’s consent stays in their tenant until their administrator deletes the enterprise application. Send them the instructions so access is fully removed.
Turn a disabled module back on
Disabled modules are listed at the bottom of the Modules card (“Disabled: …”). Use Add module to enable one again; the customer approves it again.
